Akshin Mehdiyev has over 17 years of experience within the global Oil and Gas industry and has held a variety of Engineering and Management roles. Akshin founded WellPath Ltd. in 2017 with a vision to grow the company to become a leading , independent, Well Engineering Consultancy.

   Akshin is an expert in all aspects of drilling and project delivery, including well design, execution planning, operations, and equipment selection for Conventional, HPHT and Deepwater wells.

   During his career, Akshin has also contributed to talent development by actively coaching and mentoring young well engineers and helped them to become competent team players delivering high-quality results, with minimal supervision.   

    Vladislav Menyakin has over 20 years of Oil and Gas industry experience,  with a background in Reservoir Engineering. He started his career with YUKOS and continued to develop his career with Shell, BP, and DTEK Oil&Gas. In 2019 Vladislav obtained his MBA degree.

    Vladislav has experience in Reservoir Engineering, Merger and Acquisition Strategy development and execution, and Business Planning. Vladislav’s expertise covers a lot of different fields including the FFD planning for both offshore and onshore, the development of saline oil reservoirs fields and deep HPHT fields.  

    Vladislav Menyakin is responsible for all WellPath’s operations in Ukraine, including Consulting, Merger & Acquisition activities Engineering, Strategy Planning and Operational management.
